Depicting the major sections that constitute a life and how, despite everything, they all slot together neatly in the end. Childhood, family, career, spirituality, health as well as the complexities that go on within each one. Everyone’s “life picture” would be different, and of course, the picture isn’t complete until life ends and there is no more to add.
Textured, abstract painting created with several layers of acrylic underpainting, followed by oils, cold wax and sand, some of which was then scrubbed away before drying fully, revealing fragments of the underlying layers and adding depth and texture to the piece. Black, natural wood floating frame.
Artwork will be packed securely and protected with bubble wrap and heavy cardboard for postage.
