A calm, early morning depiction of the iconic Poolbeg chimney stacks, also known as the Pigeon House, viewed from Sandymount strand. Strangely, as a teenager, I always thought of these structures as ugly and a blight on the Dublin skyline. Perceptions and attitudes change over time and these days I'd be on the street protesting if there was ever any talk of taking them down. Framed in off-white natural wood and ready to hang. Artwork will be packed securely and protected with bubble wrap and heavy cardboard for postage.
