Large, abstract landscape painting, created during lockdown 2021. A few layers of acrylics were loosely applied to a primed and braced board before proceeding to add oils. Cold wax, linseed oil and white spirit were also employed sparingly, adding interesting and sometimes unexpected effects and textures. A calm, peaceful piece, utilising the many shades of green the Irish landscape has to offer. Thin, off-white frame and ready to hang. Artwork will be packed securely and protected with bubble wrap and heavy cardboard for postage.
